ORDINANCE NO. 213
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
AMENDING ORDMANCE NO.
179 OF THE CITY OF CHUB.
BUCK, IDAHO, BY REPEALING
SECTION 24 THEREOF 1N ITS
ENTIRETY; AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. Repeal. Ordinance
No. 179 of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, passed and approved on
the 14th day of June, 1977, is
hereby amended by repealing it)
its entirety Section 2(d) thereof
relating to vehicles governed by
Idaho Code Section 49-752.
SECTION 2: Effective Date. This
Ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage, approval and
publication as provided bylaw.

STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning
of the laws of Idaho.
