BUCK BY ADDING A NEW SEC-
TION NO. 2{q), MAKING INDE-
CENT EXPOSURE A MISDE-
MEANOR, AND BY AMENDING
SECTIONS 2(A) (1) (b) A -ND 3
(A) (2) (a) TO MAKE IT UN.
LAWFUL TO DRAW, WRITE OR
DISPLAY INDECENT, PRO-
FANE, OFFENSIVE OR OB-
SCENE WORDS OR PICTURES
ON PUBLIC PREMISES OR ON
PREMISES OPEN TO THE PUB-
LIC OR TO ALLOW SUCH
WORDS OR PICTURES TO AP-
PEAR 'ON THOROUGHFARES
DR. PREMISES OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC; AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
