County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at 8:00 p.m. on July 10, 1980, at the City Municipal Build- ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use and Develop- ment Commission of the City of Chubbuck will conduct a public hearing with regards to the fol. lowing: I- A proposal by Bob Moore/Signs Inc., P -O. Box 7543; Boise, Idaho, for a conditional use permit to erect wall signs and a pylon sign at the location of Smiths Food King and Drug Center, located at 4845 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida- ho. 2. A proposal by Young Electric Sign Company, P,Q. Box 25278, Salt Lake City, Utah, for a condi- tional use permit for Institutional Signage for the First Security Bank of Idaho, located in the Pineridge Mall, Chubbuck, Idaho. interested citizens may appear With regard to the foregoing items and at the time indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard in suppoort of or in opposi Sion to the proposals.
