CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT at 8:00 p.m. on July 10,
1980, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Land Use and Develop-
ment Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regards to the fol.
lowing:
I- A proposal by Bob Moore/Signs
Inc., P -O. Box 7543; Boise, Idaho,
for a conditional use permit to
erect wall signs and a pylon sign
at the location of Smiths Food
King and Drug Center, located at
4845 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho.
2. A proposal by Young Electric
Sign Company, P,Q. Box 25278,
Salt Lake City, Utah, for a condi-
tional use permit for Institutional
Signage for the First Security
Bank of Idaho, located in the
Pineridge Mall, Chubbuck, Idaho.
