NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO

HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on July 8, 1980,
at the City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho the City Council of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow-
ing:
1. A proposal by Empey Sign
Company, Box 2215, Pocatello,
Idaho for a conditional use permit
to erect one flat on -premise sign
and one free standing on -premise
sign to be located at 4749 Yellow-
stone. Property is zoned General
Commercial (C-2),
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing item
and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard
in support of or in opposition to
proposal.

STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
