ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
Sealed bids for Municipal General
Liability Insurance will be re-
ceived by the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, at the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, until 8:00 p.m.,
Tuesday July 8, 1480, at which
time the bids duly submitted will
be opened and read. Specifica-
tions for which the bids are solic-
ited is available at the office of
the City Clerk, 5166 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All
bids must be delivered under
sealed cover, and must contain
one of the following forms ,of
bidders security in the amount of
five percent (5%) of the amount
bid: cash, chashiers check paya-
ble to city, certified check paya-
ble to city, or bidder's bond
executed by qualified surety com-
pany payable to city. The city
reserves the right to reject any
and all bids, or to accept the
lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning
