to erect one flat on -premise sign,
and one free standing on premise,
sign to be located at 4749 Yellow-
stone. Property is zoned Generbl
Compercial (C-2).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing item
and at the time indicated will.be
given an opportunity to be heard'
in support of or in opposition to
proposal.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
