NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OFCHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on April 29, 1980,
at the City Muni,-'aal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, ubbuck, Ida-
ho, the City Counc A the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the fallow-
ing:
1. A proposal by Cosgriff Inc.,
P.O. Box 4865, Pocatello, Idaho,
for a conditional use permit to
erect an off -premise Poster Panel
sign at 4105 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck. Property is zoned Gen-
eral Commercial (C-2).
2. A proposal by McKee's Feed
and Garden Center, for a condi-
tional use permit to erect a Free
Standing on -premise sign and a
Wall on -premise sign at 130 Ev-
anS Lane. Property is zoned Gen-
eral Commercial (C-2).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to each proposal.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
