AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PRO-
VIDING FOR CERTAIN LAND
AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK PRESENTLY
OWNED BY JOHN 0. COTANT,
JR., TO BE RE -ZONED AND
CHANGED FROM GENERAL
RESIDENTIAL (R-2) TO GEN-
ERAL COMMERCIAL (C-2) IN
THE ENTIRETY; DECLARING
THAT THE CITY COUNCIL
FINDS SUCH RE -ZONING CON-
S ISiENT WITH THE LAND USE
PATTERN PRESCRIBED IN
THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN; AND PROVIDING WHEN
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Rezoning. The fol-
lowing described lands or proper-
ty within the boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, present-
ly owned by John 0. Cotant, Jr.,
are hereby re -zoned from general
residential (R-2) to general com-
mercial (C-2):
Beginning at a point North 25.0
feet and East 404.8.9 feet of the
Southwest corner 3 T.6 S. R. 34,
E.B.M., Said point being on the
South line of Lot 16, Neider Subdi-
vision as recorded on Page 8
Book 3 of Plats in Bannock CQun-
ty,ldaho;
Thence N 00 06' E, 318.20 feet to
the North Itne of said Lot 16;
Thence S 690 29' E, 198.96 feet
along said North lot line, to the
east line of said Lot 16; Thence S
90 12' E, 322.83 feet along said
East lot line of said Lot 16;
Thence N 690 29' W, 251.02 feet to
the point of beginning. Containing
1,64 acres.
SECTION 2: Comprehensive
Pian. The Mayor and Council
find, and therefore declare, that
the foregoing changes in zoning
are consistent with the land use
pattern prescribed by the City
Comprehensive Plan.
SECTION 3: Effective Date. Full,
public hearings having been con-
ducted in this matter, the rule
requiring ordinances to be read
on three separate occasions is
hereby dispensed with and this
Ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage, approval and
publication provided by law.

CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 25th
