Home My WebLink About03 24 1980 Land UsePROOF OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO ss: County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCft, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April B, 1980, at the City Munici- pal Building (5160 Yellowstone Avenue), the City Councii of the City of Chubbuck will, conduct a Public hearing with regard to the following matters: 1. Whether the Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance, No. 205 should be amended in the following re- spects: A. Whether amendments should be made to the Schedule of Gen- eral Controls in Section 2-3 (b), including the addition of "Gov- ernment Facilities" as a land use within said Schedule; B. Whether the Ordinance should be further amended to limit the Placement of fences which ob- scure vision within specified dis- tances from street intersections; C. Whether the Ordinance should be further amended to provide that the City may place limita liens on tate duration of variances granted Or may impose conditions (including requirements not oth- erwise set forth in this Ordi- nance) for the granting of vari- ances. D. Whether the Ordinance should be further amended to provide I controls limiting the portion of a i lot which may be covered with "Accessory structures." 2. Whether the Chubbuck Land Development Ordinance, No. 206, should be amended in the follow- ing respects: A. Whether the Ordinance should be amended to require a develop- er to Submit final design draw- ings of the proposed utilities at the final plat stage rather than the preliminary plat stage; B. Whether the Ordinance should be further amended to make clear that with respect to cash contributions it lieu of land dedi- cated by developers for parks and recreation purposes the "Fair market value,, of the land shall be computed to include the en- hancement of value created by the remainder of the development and to include the cost of im. provemenis that would otherwise be required under Section 3-3 (E) (5), 3. To consider a proposed amend- ment to or substitution for Chub - buck City ordinance No. 177 es- tablishing the area of city impac'r, with such amendment or substitu- tion to provide further for allocat ing the responsibility for regulat. ing land use and development belween Bannock County and the City of Chubbuck with respect to the area of city Vfnpacl.
