CITY OF CHUB BUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE Is HEREBY GIVEN
that a hearing to review a prelim-
inary plat for the S & N Estates,
a subdivision located in the Chub -
buck impact area lying north of
Tyhee Road, just east of the
railroad tracks, in Bannock Coun-
ty, Idaho, proposed to be devel-
oped by rent Shiozawa, Ronald
Nelson and Richard Nelson, will
be held by the Land Use and
Development Commission on the
3rd day of April, 1985, at the hour
of 8 00 P.M., in the City Munici-
pa$ Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. The
Land Use and Development Com-
mission will forward the pre$Imi-
nary plat to the City Council with
its recommendations.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that on the 8th day of
April, 1980, at the hour of 8:00
P.M., in the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, the
City Council will nuid a hearing to
review the preliminary plat of the
S & N Estates together with the
recommendations of the Land
Use and Development Commis-
sion.
Interested citizens may appear at
both hearings with regard to the
foregoing items, and at the times
indicaied wilt be given an oppor
tunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to the proposed plat.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That--
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
