NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBSUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on April 3, 1980,
at the City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, the Land Use and Land Devel-
opment Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the follow
ing: .
1, A proposal by Cosgriff Inc.,
P.O. Box 4865, Pocatello, €daho,
for a conditional use permit to
erect an off premise Poster Pane!
at 4705 Yellowstone. Property is
zoned General Commercial (C-2).
2. A proposal by McKee's Feed
and Garden Center, for a condi-
tional use permit to erect a Free
Standing Sign -on -premise and a
Wall on premise sign at 140 Ev-
ans Lane. Property is zoned Gen-
eral Commercial (C-2).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or, all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated wilt be given an oppor-
tunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to each proposal.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That .....
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
