NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a hearing to review a prelim-
inary plat for the Misty Manor
Park, a mobile home park pro-
posed to be developed at the
southeast corner of the intersec�
tion of West Chubbuck Road and
Hawthorne Road, by Joseph R.
and Jo Ann Osier, will be held by
the Land Use and Development
Commission on the 20th day 01
March, 1980, at the hour of BAO
P.M., in the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, The Land Use
and Development Commission
Will forward the preliminary plat
to the City Council with its rec-
ommendations.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that on the 25th day of
March, 1980, at the hour of 8:00
P.M., in the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, the
City Council will hold a hearing to
review the preliminary plat of the
Misty Manor Park, together with
the recommendations of the Land
Use and Development COMMIS -
Sion.
Interested citizens may appear at
both hearings with regard to the
foregoing itemsr and at the times
indicated will be given an oppor.
tunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to the proposed plat.
