NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 11th day of Mai•ch,
1980, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in
the Municipal Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, the Chubbuck City Council
will hold a public hearing upon
whether the following lands would
be annexed to the city and what
zoning classification should be
applied to the lands proposed to
be annexed in the event of annex-
ation:
A partes of land being a portion
of the E ba of the SW 3%4 of Section
4, T.6S., R.34E., B.M., Bannock
County, Idaho and more particu-
larly described as follows: Begin-
ning at a point marking the
Southwest corner of the said SW
Va of Section 4; thence South
89051'04" East 1,329.95 fee; along
the Southerly boundary of the
said SW 1/4 of Section 4, which is
also the centerline of Chubbuck
Road, to an iron pin, also said
point being the REAL POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing
South 8905104" East 803.16 feet
along the said Southerly bounda-
ry of the SW 1/4 of Section 4 to an
Iron pin; thence North 0013'40"
west (formerly described as
North 00 13' 38" West) 2,654.55
feet along the extended Westerly
boundary and the Westerly
boundary of Aituras Park, a sub-
division, as filed for record in the
office of Oie Bannock County Re
corder, Pocatello, Idaho in Book 9
of P#ats at page 45, to an iron pin
marking the Northwest corner of
the said Alturas Park; thence
south 89055'56" West 811.61 feet
along the Northerly boundary of
the said SW 1/4 of Section 4 to an
iron pin; thence South 0024'38"
East 2,651,55 feet to the paint of
beginning, comprising 49.11
Acres, more or less.
The foregoing property is to be
developed by American Heritage
Builders, Inc. The City Land Use
and Land Development Commis-
sion has recommended zoning the
propoerty Limited Residential
(R-1) and General Residential
(R-2). Interested citizens may ap-
pear at the time and place indi-
cated, and will be given an oppor.
tunity to be heard with regard to
the foregoing item,
