NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY.OF CHUSBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
February 19, 1980, at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellow-
stone, Chubbuck, Idaho, the City
Council of the City of Chubbuck
wilt conduct a public hearing with
regard to the follow'sng items;
1. A proposal by Dennis Jones,
4705 Yellowstone, for a condition-
al use permit to place a mobile
home at 120 W. Linden for resi-
dentiai-puiposes. Property is
presently zoned General Com-
mercial (C-2). The Land Use
Commission recommended denial
of permit.
2. A proposal by John 0. Cotant,
Jr. for a Land Use District
change for his property, at 420 W.
Chubbuck Road, to General Com-
mercial (C-2). Property is pres-
ently zoned General Residential
(R-2). The Land Use Commission
recommended approval.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an .oppor-
tunity to, he heard in support of or
in opposition to each proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
