NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT THE Land Use and Land
Development Commission of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a
public hearing on the question of
what recommendation it shall
make to the Chubbuck City Coun-
cil on annexation and zoning clas-
sification(s) to be adopted with
respect to the following lands if
such lands are annexed to the
City;
A portion of the Ebz SWYn, Sec-
tion 4, T. 6 s., R. 34E, B.M„
Bannock County, Idaho.
Said lands, are to be developed
by American Heritage Builders,
Inc., are located adjacent to the
existing western boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck; and they
are requesting the zoning to be
Limited Residential (R-1) and
General Residential (R-2). The
hearing will be held at 8;00 p.m.,
February 7, 1980, at the Chubbuck
City Municipal Building, 5160 YeI-
,IOWstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida.

Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in sup-
port of or in opposition to the
Proposed change.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That. -------
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerlc of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
