Local Improvement District No, 1, Bonds & Interest $13,570.00 Section 7: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Capital improvements Funds for the Payment of Highway, Streets and Roads special improvement on Yellowstone Highway and for the payment of Fire Control Capital Improvement in the purchase of a fire truck. Highway Streets & Roads Fire Control $152,672.10 Section 8: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are expressly repealed; That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publication as provided by law.
