County of Bannock CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: 1. Ordinance No. 233 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho was passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor on the 19th day of January, 1982. ' 2. The ordinance is described as the Chubbuck, Dog, Cat and Livestock Regu- lation. 3, The principal provisions of the ordi- nance are summarized as follows; AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO REPEALING SEC- TIONS 9.20.010 THROUGH 9.20.060 OF THE CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL CODE AND ENACTING NEW SECTIONS 9.20.010 THROUGH 9.20.062 RELATING TO CONTROL OF DOGS; DEFINING TERMS; FORBIDDING THE KEEPING OF DOGS WITHIN THE CITY OF CHUB• BUCK, WITHOUT A LICENSE; ESTAB- LISHING LICENSE FEES; PROHIBIT- ING OWNERS FROM ALLOWING DOGS, CATS AND LIVESTOCK TO RUN AT LARGE; PROVIDING FOR IMPOUND- MENT OF DOGS, CATS AND LIVE- STOCK RUNNING AT LARGE AND IM- POUNDMENT FEES; PROVIDING PENALITIES AND REMEDIES FOR Vl OLATIONS; PROVIDING OTHER REG- ULATIONS RELATING TO CONTROL OF DOGS, CATS AND LIVESTOCK WITHIN THE CITY; REPEALING CON- FLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVID- ING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE: 4. The ordinance is effective upon publica- tion of this notice. 5. Criminal misdemeanor penalties and civil penalties are provided for violations of the ordinance. 6. The foregoing summary is true and complete, and provides adequate notice to the public of the enactment of this ordi- nance. 5/13. Gardiol being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That She was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri- ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein. That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -wit: Jarnv ry 22 19 19- __ 19 19 r That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
