NOTICE OF ENACTMENT
OFORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. Ordinance No. 230 of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho was passed by the City
Council and approved by the Mayor on
the 10th day of November, 1981.
2. The Ordinance is described as the
Chubbuck business, beer and wine license
amendatory ordinance.
3. The principal provisions of the Ordi-
nance are summarized as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO REPEALING SEC
TION 5.04.090 OF THE CHUBBUCK MU-
NICIPAL CODE AND ENACTING A
NEW SECTION 5.04.090, PROVIDING
FOR ANNUAL BUSINESS LICENSES
AND SETTING THE TERM THEREOF;
REPEALING SECTION 5.04.020 OF THE
CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL CODE AND
ENACTING A NEW SECTION 5.04.020 TO
PROVIDE FOR BASIC AND ADJUSTED
BUSINESS LICENSE FEES BASED ON
DEMANDS FOR EXTRAORDINARY
MUNICIPAL SERVICES; ENACTING
SECTION 5.08.010 OF THE CHUBBUCK
MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REQUIRE LI
CENSES FOR THE SALE OF BEER OR
MINE: REPEALING CONF=LICTING OR
DINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVER-
ABILITY: AND PROVIDING WHEN
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
4. This ordinance increases basic business
license fees, and if sets at the maximum
permitted by state law the fees for beer
and wine licenses.
5. This ordinance is effective upon publi-
cation Of this notice. Criminal misde.
meanor penalties are provided for viola-
tions of the ordinance's provisions requir-
ing licenses for the sale of beer or wine,

5160 Yellowstone Avenue.
7. The foregoing summary is true and
complete, and provides adequate notice to
the public of the enactment of this ordi-
nance.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
