NOTICE OF ENACTMENT
OF ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. Ordinance No. 229 of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho was passed by the City
Council and approved by the Mayor an
the 20th day of October, 1961.
2. The ordinance is described as the
Chubbuck False Information and False
Alarm Ordinance.
3. The principal provisions of the ordi-
nance are summarized as fol lows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING SEC-
TION 9,08,120, CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL
CODE, REGARDING FALSE INFORMA-
TION GIVEN TO CITY OFFICERS:
ADDING A NEW SECTION OF THE
CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL CODE ESTA13-
LISHING A STRUCTURE OF FEES FOR
RESPONSES TO FALSE ALARMS,
ADDING A NEW SECTION OF THE
CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL CODE PRo-
HIBITING AUTOMATIC DIALING
ALARM DEVICES, PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, REPEALING PRIOR
CONFLICTING ORINANCES, AND PRO
VIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
4. The ordinance is effective upon publica-
tion of this notice. Criminal misdemeanor
penalties and civil penalties are provided
for violations of the ordinance.
5. The ful! text of this ordinance is
available at the Chubbuck City Offices,
5166 Yellowstone Avenue.
6. The foregoing summary is true and
complete, and provides adequate notice to
the public of the enactment of this ordi-
ance.

being first duty sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
