NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the
General Election to be held in and for the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will be held on
Tuesday, the 3rd day of November 1981,
on which day Polls will be open from
Noon until 8:40 o'clock P.M. at the
following designated Polling Place: Mu-
nicipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chub -
buck, Idaho.
In order to vote at this election, each
voter must meet the following require-
ments: (1) He must be at least 18 years of
age: (2) He must be a citizen of the
United States; (3) He must be a bona fide
resident of this city; (4) He must have
registered for the election within the time
period provided by law (as per joint
registration).
Municipal Electors may register during
regular business hours on each day ex-
cept Sundays and Holidays 'until and
including Friday, 10 days preceding the
election date. On Friday, October 23, 1981,
10 days preceding the above noticed
election, electors may register at the city
clerk's office until 8:00 p.m.
The names of the Registrar, or Deputy
Registrars, and places of registration are
as follows: Vera C. Armstrong, Regis-
trar; Dorothy L, Ward and Myrna L.
Crapo, Deputy Registrars at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock Countv, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
