AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AN-
NEXING CERTAIN LANDS
KNOWN AS THE WEST CHUB -
BUCK ROAD SEGMENT AND
THE YELLOWSTONE AVENUE/
SIPHON ROAD INTERSECTION
SEGMENT TO BE INCLUDED
WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES
AND JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
iDAHO; PROVIDING THAT
SAID LANDS NEWLY AN-
NEXED TO THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK LIE WITHIN AND
CONSTITUTE PUBLIC RIGHTS
OF WAY AND AS SUCH DO NOT
REQUIRE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION; DIRECTING THE
CHUBBUCK CITY CLERK TO
COMPLY WITH FILING RE-
QUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN
IDAHO CODE 632215; AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EF-
FECTIVE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITYOF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Annexation. The fol-
lowing described lands, located
within Bannock County and con-
tiguous to the existing boundaries
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
are hereby annexed and included
within the boundaries and juris-
dictional limits of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho:
WEST CHUBBUCKSEGMENT:
Beginning at the South IIA Corner
of Section 4, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East, Boise Meridian.
Thence Westerly 1315.95 feet,
more or less to the extended
Westerly boundary of the Heri-
tage West No, 1 Subdivision.
YELLOWSTONE AVENUE/Sl-
PHON ROAD INTERSECTION
SEGMENT:
A parcel of land situated in the
East 1/2 of Section 34, Township 5
South, Range 34 East, Bolse Me-
ridian, Bannock County, Idaho,
more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the South quarter
corner of said Section 34, said
South quarter corner being a 1/2
inch iron pin;
Thence North OD 09' 15" West,
along the meridional centerline of
Section 34, 39.93 feet more or less
to the extended Northerly right-
of-way line of Siphon Road;
Thence South 890 51' 08^ East,
along the extended northerly
right-of-way line of Siphon Road,
29,23 feet, more or less, to the
extended Easterly right-of-way
line of Yellowstone Ave.;
Thence South 00 Ol' 13" East,
along the extended easterly right-
of-way line of Yellowstone Ave-
nue, 39.93 feet, more or less, to
the South line of said Section 34.
l hence North 890 51' 08" West
along the South line of said Sec-
tion 34, 29.15 feet, more or less, to
the point rtbeginning.
SECTION 2: Zoning. The above•
described lands, newly annexed
to the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
lie within .and constitute public
rights of wJy and as such do not
require zoning classification.
SECTION 3: Filing. The Chub-
Posalee Clrastead
being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning
