AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING
FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE DIS-
TRICT WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN
LANDS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK LOCAT-
ED IN THE NW 4, SECTION 11,
TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 34
E-B.M.. FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-2)

PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN THE
LAND USE PATTERN PRESCRIBED
IN THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN; DECLARING THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL FINDSTHAT SUCH
CHANGE IN LAND USE DISTRICT 15
COMPATIBLE WITH THE ALTERA-
TIONS MADE IN THE LAND USE
PATTERN PRESCRIBED BY THE
CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN;
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFEC
TIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. Change of Land Use Dis-
trict. The land use district established
by the Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance,
with respect to the lands described
below, located within the boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck, is hereby changed
from Agricultural (A-2) to Limited
COMMERCIAL (Cri):
A parcel of land located in the NW i/4,
Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 34
E.B.M bounded on the North by East
Chubbuck Road, bounded on the West by
Hiline Road, bounded on the South by
the latitudinal centerline of said Section
11, bounded on the East by the center of
H1line Canal.
SECTION 2. Change of Comprehensive
Plan, Following full public hearings, the
Mayor and Council find, and therefore
declare, that the land use pattern pre-
scribed by the City's Comprehensive
Plan for the above-described property,
should be, and hereby is, changed from
Agricultural to Limited Commercial.
SECTION 3. Compliance with Compre-
hensive Plan. The Mayor and Council
find, and therefore declare, that the
foregoing Changes in Land Use District
are consistent with the foregoing modifi-
cations to the land use pattern pre-
scribed by the City's Comprehensive
Plan.
SECTION 4. Effective Date, Full, public
hearings having been conducted in this
matter, the rule requiring ordinances to
be read on three separate occasions is
hereby dispensed with and this Ordi-
nance shall become effective upon its
passage, approval and publication pro-
vided by law.

CIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO; this 13th day of December, 1983.
