LIC AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BID- DERS FOR AMOUNTS EQUALING OR EXCEEDING THE APPRAISALS; RE- SERVING TO THE CITY THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS ON ANY PARCEL; PROHIBITING SUCH SALE FROM OCCURRING UNTIL SIX- TY DAYSHAVEEXPIRED FROM THE DATE OF PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE AND A PUBLIC HEAR- ING HAS BEEN HELD DURING THAT PERIOD; PROVIDING THAT PRO- CEEDS FROM SALES SHALL BE USED TO DISCHARGE CITY iNDEBT- EDNESS OR FOR PUBLIC IMPROVE- MENTS; PROVIDING THAT IF THE PROPERTY JS NOT SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THE SAME MAY BE EX- CHANGED FOR OTHER PROPERTY WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OR AC- TION; PROTECTING THE REMAIN- ING PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDI.
