NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at
8:00 p.m. on March 3, 1983 at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck,Idaho the Land Use & Devel-
opment Commission of the City of Chub -
buck will conduct a public hearing with
regard to the following:
1. A proposal by James Reilly, D.V.M.,
Hawthorne Animal Hospital, for a condi
tional use permit to build twelve 10'X10',
horse shetters at 5011 Hawthorne Road.
Property is presently zoned General
Residential (R-2).
2. A proposal by Boyd and Darlene
Crump and Karen Crump for a condi-
tional use permit to operate a day care
center at 818 Pinewood. Property is
presently zoned General Residential (R-
2). Boyd and Darlene Crump and Karen
Crump are contract purchasers of prop-
erty at 818 Pinewood.
3. A proposal by Jacqulyn Korn for a
conditional use permit, to conduct a
home occupation, to operate a small
printing press at her home, 4851 Cole.
Property is presently zoned General
Residential (R-2).
a. A proposal by Norjam, an Idaho
General Partnership, for a variance to
sign height, 60 foot pole with 16 foot sign,
total height 76 feet, at 4.508 Yellowstone
Avenue. Property is presently zoned
General Commercial (C-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing
items and at the Time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to proposal.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
