NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that a
hearing to review a preliminary plat for
the Briscoe Subdivision, 1st Addition, a
subdivision located in Section 2, T6S,
R34E, which is located east of Whitaker
Road, west of Highline and north of Vern,
proposed to be developed by Franklin
Briscoe, 5058 Whitaker Road, Chubbuck,
Idaho, will be held by the Land Use and
Development Commission on the 2nd day
Of August, 1984, at the hour of 8:00 p.m.,
in the City Muncipal Building, 5160 Yel
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. The
Land Use and Development Commission
will forward the preliminary plat to the
City Council with its recommendations.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 14th day of August, 1984, at
the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City Munici-
pal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho,' the City Council will
hold a hearing to review the preliminary
plat of the Briscoe Subdivision, 1st Addi-
tion together with the recommendations
Of the Land Use and Development Com-
mission.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR at both hearings with regard to the
foregoing items, and at the times indicat-
ed willbe given an opportunity to be
heard in support of or in opposition to the
proposed plat.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
