CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING CHUB -
NO. 207 BY MODIFYING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
AND COLLECTOR STREETS AS SET FORTH IN
INANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF
HIS AMENDATORY ORDINANCE AND OF THE
REPEALING THOSE PROVISIONS OF THE ORDI-
H ARE IN CONFLICT WITH THIS AMENDATORY
IDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIMS. Ordinance No. 207 of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho
ne 29, 1979, is hereby amended at Section 2-2(A)(1)(b)
