NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE= IS HEREBY GIVEN that a
hearing to review a preliminary plat for
Empire Investment Corporation, lying
northof Interstate 86 and west of
Hawthorne Road, south of Country
Acres Subdivisions, accessed by Alpine
Avenue, proposed to be developed by
Wendall Marshall, Box 1210, Pocatello,
Idaho, will be held by the Land Use
Commission on the 1st day of March,
1964, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. The Land Use
and Development Commission will for-
ward the preliminary plat' to the City
Council with its recommendations.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-
EN that on the 13th day of March, 1984,
at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, the City Council will hold a
hearing to review the preliminary plat
of Empire Investment Corporation to-
gether with the recommendations of the
Land Use and Development Commis-
sion.
These hearings limited to preliminary
plat only. Property is currently zoned
General Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR at both hearings with regard to
the foregoing items, and at the times
indicated will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or in opposition to

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
