NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at
7:30 P.M. on March 13, 1984, at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave, Chubbuck, Idaho the City Council
of the City of Chubbuck will conduct a
Public hearing with regard to the follow-
ing Item:
A proposal to consider changes in the
Comprehensive Plan of the City of Chub -
buck with respect to planned street
improvements by considering changes in
the functional classification of some
streets within the city, These streets
include, but are not limited to, East and
West Chubbuck Road and Yellowstone
Avenue: Changes in the functional clas-
sification may change some roadway
characteristics and minimum right -of.
way requirements.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP.
PEAR with regard to the foregoing
items and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard In
support of or in opposition to proposals.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
