County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that at 8:00 p.m., August 1, 1985, at the City Munici pal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho, the Land Use & Devel. opment Commission of the City of Chub - buck will conduct a public hearing with regard to a proposed amendment to the City's land use ordinance. The proposed amendment would establish new residen- tial land use districts including single family residential (R-1), limited residen tial (R-2), general residential (R-3), and dense residential (R-4). The proposed amendment to the land use ordinance would also modify the schedules of gener- alcontrols to account for such new residential land use districts and would include density restrictions for double and multiple househould dwellings in certain residential land used districts and would restrict apartment complexes to the dense residential land 6se district. The amendment would also establish a design overlay district which would apply to residential, as well as commercial and industrial use district and would impose design review requirements for double and multiple household dwellings as well as apartments. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP- PEAR with regard to the foregoing items and at the time indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposed amendments to the City's land use ordinance. 5/B.
