ORINANCE NO. 267
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR
A CHANGE IN THE LAND USE DIS-
TRICT WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN
LANDS MORE PARTICULARY DE-
SCRIBED AS THE EASTERLY 255.0
FEET OF LOT 2, BONNIE BRAE
.ACRES SUBDIVISION, WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, iOAHO, FROM INDUSTRIAL (1)
TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (C-2);
DECLARING THAT THE CITY COUN-
CIL FIND SUCH REZONING CONSIST-
ENT WITH THE LAND USE PATTERN
PRESCRIBED IN THE CITY'S COM-
PREHENSIVE PLAN; REPEALING
PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANACES;
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. Change of Land Use District.
The Land Use District established by the
Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance, Ordi-
nance No. 241, with respect to the lands
described below, located within the
:boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, is
hereby changed from Industrial (I) to
General Commercial (C-2):
The easterly 255.0 feet of Lot 2, Bonnie
Brae Acres Subdivision, according to the
official plat thereof, filed for record with
the Office of the County Recorder, Ban-
nock County, Idaho.
SECTION 2: Comprehensive Plan. The
Mayor and Council find, and therefore
-declare, that the foregoing changes in the
Land Use District, are consistent with the
land use pattern prescribed by the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
SECTION 3: Effective Date. Full public
hearings having been conducted in this
matter in accordance with all applicable
requirements under state and local law,
the rule requiring an ordinance to be read
on three separate days, one of which shall
be a reading in full, is hereby dispensed
with, and this Ordinance shall become
effective upon its Passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP-
PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 28th
day of May, 1985.

That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
