ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
Sealed bids for approximately 3860
square yards of asphalt pavement (only)
on a tennis/multipurpose court will be
received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
at the office of the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 11, 1985, at
which time the bids duly submitted will
be opened and read. A complete list of
materials and specifications for which the
bids are solicited is available at the office
of the City Engineer, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids must
be delivered under sealed cover, and
must contain one of the following forms
of bidders security in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash,
,cashiers check payable to the city, certi-
fied check payable to the city, or bidder's
bond executed by a qualified surety
company payable to the city. The city
reserves the right to reject any and all
bids, or to accept the lowest responsible
bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city. This
contract is a portion of a federally -
assisted project funded from the Land
and Water Conservation Fund. Federai
matching assistance for this project is
50%. Bidders are hereby notified that
acceptance of a contract by the success-
ful bidder constitutes certification that
the bidder is or will be in full compliance
with applicable Federal and/or State law.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
