County of Bannock NOTICE OI' :'JBL„IC HEARINGS CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use and Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m., June 6,1985, at the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the following -hems: 1. Proposal by Cherry Parson, making application for a conditional use permit to operate a day care center at 4937 Easy, Chubbuck, Idaho. Property is presenrtly zoned General Residential (R-2). 2. Proposal by Price Development Com- pany, 35 Century Parkway, Salt Lake City, Utah, for a change of zoning from Agricultural (A) to General Commercial (C 2) on a tract of land lying in Bannock county, state of Idaho, in the NWI/4 of the SWIA of Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian. Property located immediately south of 1 86 and east of Hawthorne Road and west of the Pine Ridge Mall, Chubbuck, Idaho. Review of preliminary plat of the Buffalo Park Subdivision, to be developed by S -K S Development, a subdivision lo- cated on the west side of Whitaker Road and south of Siphon Road, Chubbuck, Idaho, FURTHER NOTICE 15 GIVEN that on the 25th day of June, 1985, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council will hold a hearing on the following items: I. To review a Land Use District Change by Price Development Company, 35 Cen- tury Parkway, Salt Lake City, Utah, on the above described property, long with recommendations of the Land Use Com- mission. 2. To review the preliminary plat of Buffalo Park Subdivision, on the above described property, together with the recommendations of the Land Use and Development Commission. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP- PEAR AT BOTH hearings with regard to the foregoing items, and at the times indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposals.
