County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE I� HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing to review a preliminary plat for the Cowboy Oil Subdivision, a subdivision located in the NW1/4, NEIA, Section 10 T.6S1, R. 34E., portion of Tract 14 and 15 Bonniebrae Acres, located in the 100 Block of East Linden, Chubbuck, Idaho, 'to be developed by Hancock-Geisler R.I.C., 2806 50. 5th, Pocatello, Idaho, will be held by the Land Use and Develop- ment Commission on the 9th day of May, 1985, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Av- enue, Chubbuck, Idaho. The Land Use and Development Commision will for- ward the preliminary plat to the City Council with its recommendations. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of May, 1985, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub - buck, Idaho, the City Council will hold a hearing to review the preliminary plat of the Cowboy oil Subdivision, together with the recommendations of the Land Use and Development Commission. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP- PEAR at both hearings with regard to the foregoing items, and at the times indicat- ed will be given an opportunity t0 be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposed plat.
