NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, wi€I
conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.,
May 2, 1985, at the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the following items:
1. Proposal by Delores J. Barrus, making
application for a condiiiona€ use permit to
operate a day care center at 4562 Burley
Drive, Chubbuck, Idaho. Property is pres-
ently zoned General Residential (R-2).
2. Proposal by Stewart Nelson, 11631
Nelson Lane, Pocatello, Idaho, making
application for a conditional Use permit to
place 4 Plex units on the west 550 feet of
Lot 18, Block 1, Paradise Acres, Chub -
buck. Idaho. Property is presently zoned
General Residential (R-2).
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP.
PEAR with regard to the foregoing items
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or in
Opposition to the proposals.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
