NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 8:00- p.m.,
March 7, 1985, at the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck,
Idaho, with respect to the following
items:
1. Proposal by John Powell III, 5500
Bannock, Pocatello, Idaho, for a condi-
tional use permit to place a Class II
Production Building on the 600 Block of
Homestead Road on the SEI/A'SWI/4 SEI/4
NEI/4 Section 4, Township 6 South, Range
34 E.B,M., Bannock County, Idaho. Prop-
erty is presently zoned General Residen-
tial (R 2).
2. Proposal by Stewart Nelson, 11631
Nelson Lane, Pocatello, Idaho, for a
change of the City's comprehensive plan
and a change of land use district to
General Residential {R 2) on the westerly
portion of Lot 18 Block 1, Paradise Acres
Subdivision. Property is presently zoned
Agricultural (A).
FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that on
the 12th day of March, 1985 at the hour of
1:30 p.n1, in the City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, the
City Council will hold a hearing on the
following item:
I. To review proposal by Stewart Nelson,
11631 Nelson Lane, Pocatello, Idaho for a
change of the City's comprehensive plan
and a change of land use district to
General Residential (R-2) on the westerly
Portion of Lot 18 Block 1, Paradise Acres
Subdivision, together with the recommen-
dations of the Land Use and Development
Commission.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR AT BOTH hearings with regard to
the foregoing items, and at the times
indicated will be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of or in opposition to
proposals.

That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
