ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
Sealed bids for gasoline and diesel motor
fuels will be received by the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub
buck, Idaho, until 2:D0 P.M., Wednesday
February 33, 1985, at which time the bids
duly subm€tied will be opened and read.
A complete list of materials and specifi-
cations for which the bids are solicited is
available at the office of the City Engi-
neer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. All bids must be delivered
under sealed cover, and must contain one
of the following forms of bidders security
in the amount of five percent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable
to the city, certified check payable to the
city, or bidder's bond executed by a
qualified surety company payable to the
city. The city reserves the right to reject
any and all bids, or to accept the lowest
responsible bid, or any item of any such
bid, deemed most advantageous to the
city.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
