County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use and Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 8:00 p.m., February 7, 1985, at the City Municipal Buildig, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida- ho, with respect to the following Items: 3. Proposal by Kent J. Parrish, President of Land Investments, Inc., for a Land Use District change on land east of the H€line Canal between Chubbuck Road and 1-86 Interstate in the W1/2, NWI/4 Section 11, T6S, R34 E B.M., Bannock County, locat- ed on the southeast corner of Chubbuck Road and Hiline Road. Land east of Buffalo raod to be zoned Limited Resi- dential (R-1), land west of Buffalo Road to be zoned General Residential (R-2). Property is presently zoned Agricultural (A). And to review a preliminary plat for Hiline Heights Subdivision, same descr€p- tion as above. 2. Proposal by Roger Seaton, 1377 Quinn Road, Pocatello, Idaho, for a conditional use permit to place 3 4-plexes on 3 lots located on the NEIASE1/4, Section 4, T6S, R34 E, B.M., Bannock County. Property is located west of Hawthorne Road and north of Chastain Drive. Property is presently zoned General Residential (R- 2), And to review the preliminary plat for Chastain Park Subdivision, same descrip- tion as above. FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 12th day of February, 1985, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council will hold a hear- ing on the following items: 1. To review a Land Use District Change by Kent J. Parrish, President, Land Investments, Inc., and to review the Preliminary Plat of Hlllne Heights Subdi- vision together with the recommendations of the Land Use and Development Com- mission. 2. To review the preliminary plat of Chastain Park Subdlvison, to place 3 4- Plexes on the above described property together with the recommendations of the Land Use and Development commission. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP- PEAR AT BOTH hearings with regard to the foregoing items, and at the times indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard In support of or in opposition to the Land Use District change and the proposed plats. That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, to -wit: January 23 1985 19 19 19 19 19 19- 19 19 19 That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
