NOTICE OF PUBLIC. HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:30
p.m., February 12, 19e5 at the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council of the
City of Chubbuck will conduct a public
hearing with regard to the following:
Application by George Shiozawa, Dan E.
Kunze, Sanaye Okamura and Kenneth A.
Satterfield, for a change in the City's
comprehensive plan and a change of land
use district to General Residential (R-2)
with -respect to a parcel of land contain-
ing approximately 56.07 acres, located
west of Whitaker Road, west and north of
EI Cielfto Reception Center, east of the
Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way,
south of Siphon road, excluding 8 acres
east of the Union Pacific Railroad right-
of-way and south of Siphon Road. The
property is more particularly described
In the application, which may be exam
Ined at the office of the Chubbuck City
Clerk. The property is presently zoned -
Industrial (1) in part and General Resi-
dential (R-2) In part. Applicants are also
requesting annexation of a portion of this
land not presently in the city of Chub -
buck.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing Items
and at the time indicated will be given an
opportunity to be heard In support of or In
opposition to the proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
