ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Chubbuck, Idaho Sealed bids for a parks and grounds turf mower will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub - buck, Idaho, until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday January 30, 1985, at which time the bids duly submitted will be opened and read. A complete list of materials and specifi- cations for which the bids are solicited is available at the office of the City Engi- neer, 5160. Yellowstone Avenue, Chub - buck, Idaho. All bids must be delivered under sealed cover, and must contain one of the following forms of bidders security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable to the city, certified check payable to the city, or bidder's bond executed by a qualified surety company payable to the city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed most advantageous to the city. S/John O.
