County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENTCOMMIS- SION CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use and Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m., October 2, 1986, a7 the Chubbuck City Office, 5169 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Ida- ho, with respect to the following item: Anordinance of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, enacting a new Chapter T5.28 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code to provide for landscaping requirements for all set- back and yard areas and off-street vehic- ular parking and open -lot sales and serv- ice area; repealing prior conflicting ordi- nance; and providing when this ordinance shall become effective. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 28th clay of October, 1986, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City Munici- pal Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Copncil will hold a hear- ing in regards to the following item: 1. To review the above ordinance, along with the recommendations of the Land Use Commission. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP- PEAR AT BOTH hearings with regard to the foregoing items, and at the times indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to proposals.
