County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT COMMIS- SION CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE I HEREBY GIVEN that the Land Use and Development Commission of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m... - June 5, 1986, at the Chubbuck Cityt�ce 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, loan ith + respect to the following items t'•.�-- 1. A proposal by Donald G. & Jvfy N. Johnson, D & J's Sharp -All Shop & Srriafl Engine Repair, 5605 Eden, Chubbuck Idaho, for a conditional use permit to allow them to operate a Small Repair Shop at their home. Property is presently zoned General Residential (R-2) 2. Application by the City of ChUDDuck, Idaho, for a change of land use district to General Commercial (C-2) with respect to a tract of land, SW'/A, SWUA, NEVA, Section 3,T.65, R34E, Bannock County, on the East side of Yellowstone Avenue in the 5200 block. Applicants are also re- questing annexation of the land. 3. A proposal by the City of Chubbuck, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida- ho, for a conditional use permit to allow the City to operate a swimming pool with related concessions on a tract of land, SWI/d, SWC/A, NEI/A, Section 3, T.65, R34E, Bannock County, on the east side of Yellowstone Ave. in the 5200 block. FURTHER NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON the 10th day of June, 1986, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City Munici- pal Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council will hold a hear- ing in regards to the following item: 1. To review a Land Use District Change by the City of Chubbuck, on above described property, together with the recommendation of the Land Use and Development Commission. Applicants are also requesting annexation of the land. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP. PEAR with regard to the foregoing items and at the time indicated will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposals. S/Ron C.
