ORDINANCE NO. 280
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR
A CHANGE IN THE LAND USE DIS-
TRICT WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN
LANDS LOCATED IN THE EAST 3
FEET OF LOT 18, PARADISE ACRES
SUBDIVISION, WITHIN THE BOUNDA-
RIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, FROM AGRICULTURAL (A) TO
GENERAL COMMERCIAL (C-2); DEL -
CARING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL
FIND SUCH RE _ZONING CONSISTENT
WITH THE LAND USE PATTERN PRE-
SCRIBED IN THE CITY'S COMPRE-
HENSIVE PLAN; REPEALING PRIOR

PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO.
SECTION 1: Change of Land Use Dis-
trict. The Land Use District established
by the Chubbuck Land Use Ordinance
and as depicted an Appendices A and B of
the Chubbuck Municipal Code, with re-
spect to the lands described below, locat-
ed within the boundaries of the City of
Chubbuck, is hereby changed from Agri-
cultural (A) to General Commercial (C-2)
The Easterly 350.00 feet of Lot 18, Para-
dise Acres Subdivision, according to the
official plat thereof, filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder, Bannock
County, Idaho.
SECTION 2: Comprehensive Plan. The
Mayor and Council find, and therefore
declare, that the foregoing changes in the
Land Use District, are consistent with the
land use pattern prescribed by the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
SECTION 3: Effective Date. Full public
hearings having been conducted in this
matter in accordance with all applicable
requirements under state and local law,
the rule requiring an ordinance to be read
on three separate days, one of which shall
be a reading in full, is hereby dispensed
with, and this Ordinance shall become
effective upon Its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP-
PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 8th
day of April, 1906.
