County of Bannock CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ORDINANCE NO. 277 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ADDING A NEW SECTION 13.0".095 TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK TO IMPOSE TURN -ON FEES FOR WA- TER SERV --ICE; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: SECTION 1: !mposition of Turn On Pees for Water Service. There is hereby added to the Municipal Code of Chubbuck, Idaho, Section 13.04.095, which is to read as follows: 13.04.095 Turn -On Fees for Water Service. Except for the turn on/off fee provided for in Section 13.04.080, there shall be no turn on/off fee for water service where arrangements are made to have service turned on or off during the ,regular work week (Monday through Friday) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. In the event water service is turned on or off at'any other time at the property owner's re- quest, there shall be imposed, in addition to other fees required by this Title and Chapter, a turn on/off fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), which fee shall be paid before service is turned on or off. SECTION 2: Repeal. The conflicting provisions of any priord ordinances are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 3: Severabil€lIy. If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, for any reason, such holding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remain- ing provision thereof. SECTION 4: Effective Date. The rule requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions, one of which sha€I be a reading in full, is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, ap- proval and publication as provided by law.
