HomeMy WebLinkAbout04 03 1989 AuctionPROOF OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO ' County of Bannock ss. f ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Chubbuck, Idaho April 18, 1989 Sealed bids for a turf mower will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office of the City of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Ave- nue, Chubbuck, Idaho, until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday April 18, 1989, at which time the bids duly submitted will be opened and read. Complete specifications for which the bids are solicited is available at the office of the City Engineer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. All bids must be delivered under sealed cov- er, and must contain one of the following forms of bidders security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable to the city, certified check payable to the city, or bid- der's bond executed by a qualified surety company payable to the city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed most ad- vantageous to the city. S/John O.
