NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE I5 HEREBY GIVEN that
the Land Use and Development
Commission of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, will conduct a public
hearing at 7:30 p.m., February 2,
1989 At the Chubbuck City Office,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the following item:
1. A proposal by Dean Funk, 1749 S.
Fairway and Dale Kirkham 440 East
Clark for property South of Siphon
Road and East of the Railroad
Tracks for
1. Change in -Land Use District to
Industrial (l) upon requested annex-
ation
2. Conditional Use permit for a
proposed postal service facility.
2. A proposal by J 8. M Enterprises,
P.O. Box 5598, for property at 4545-
4613 Yellowstone and 149-201 E. Lin-
den Avenue for Conditional Use
Permit for a proposed Postal Serv-
ice Facility
3. A proposal by Arlen Mortensen, 26
Cedar Hills Drive for a conditional
use permit for a proposed postal
service facility at 242-306 E. Chub -
buck.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY MUST BE
SUBMITTED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO
BOTH HEARINGS.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that on the 7th day of
February, 1989, at the hour of 7:30
PM., in the city municipal building,
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, the City
Council will hold a hearing concern-
ing annexation and Land Use Dis-
trict Change of Dean Funk and Dale
Kirkham together with the recom-
mendations of the Land Use and
Development Commission.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing
item, and at the time indicated will
be given an opportunity to be heard
in support of or in opposition to the
proposal.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
