NOTICE OF SALE —� AT PUBLIC AUCTION The City Of Chubbuck will offer at public auction at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 3, 1989, one parcel of real estate Owned by the City. The auction will be held in the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, at 5160 Yellowstone Ave. The property is de- scribed as: The South half of the North ha if of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, in the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho, con- taining 4.83 acres. This property is com- monly known as 4545 Yellowstone Ave., and is located immediately north of and adjacent to the Parrish Warehouse Gro- cery and Freight Salvage. The parcel was appraised on November 9, 1988 at, $125,. 000.00 (for the entire parcel). It was , further appraised at $75,000,00 for the front 250 foot portion and $50,000,00 for the remainder (each as separate par- cels). The property will be sold for cash or terms (as provided by I,C. 50-1406) to the highest bidder. The highest bid will be evaluated an awarded as being in the best interest of the city as deemed by the City Council. The minimum acceptable bid for this property is its appraised value, either in whole, or in part. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
