AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ANNEXING
CERTAIN LANDS TO BE INCLUD-
ED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES
AND JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO; SPECIFYING THE ZON
ING CLASSIFICATION WHICH
SHALL BE APPLIED TO SAID
LANDS NEWLY ANNEXED TO
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; DI-
RECTING THE CHUBBUCK CITY
CLERK TO COMPLY WITH THE
FILING REQUIREMENTS CON-
TAINED IN IDAHO CODE SEC-
TION 63-2215; REPEALING PRIOR
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERA-
BILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVID-
ING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY-
OR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Annexation. The following
described lands, located within Ban-
nock County and contiguous to the
existing boundaries of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho are hereby an-
nexed and included within the
boundaries and jurisdictional limits
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho:
A tract of land located in the south-
east quarter of the northeast quarter
of Section 3, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East Boise Meridian De-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the east '/d corner of
Section 3, Township 6, south, Range
34 East Boise Meridian; Thence
North 01015'41" West along the east
line of Section 3 for a distance of
329.00 feet; thence south 88044119"
west for a distance of 231.00 feet;
thence north 01015'41" west for a
distance of 350.00 feet; thence north
88044'19" east for a distance of
231.00 feet to an intersection with the
said east line of Section 3; Thence
north 01015'41" west along the east
line of Section 3 for a distance of
634.29 feet; thence north
89044'53"west for a distance of 981.05
feet to an intersection with the east
right of way line of the Union
Pacific Railroad; thence south
01020'28" east along the said right of
way line for a distance of 1307.66
feet to an intersection with the
latitudinal centerline of Section 3;
thence south 89024'59" east along the
said centerline for a distance of
979.40 feet to the point of beginning.
Also to be known as Whitaker Place
Subdivision, subdivision of Bannock
County, Idaho.
Section 2. Zoning. The above-de-
scribed lands newly annexed to the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, shall be
subject to the zoning classification
of Limited Residential (R-2).

THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDA-
HO, this 13 day of February, 1990.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
