County of Bannock ORDINANCE NO. 327 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTIONS 17.12.050 AND 18.28.020(A) OF THE CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR ADDITIONAL FEES; RE- PEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDI- NANCE; PROVIDING THAT ALL OTHER SECTIONS AND PROVI- SIONS OF CHAPTERS 17.12 AND 18.28 NOT HEREIN AMENDED SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY- OR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDA- HO, this 13 day of February, 1990. S/John O.
