DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

NOTICf1 IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will
conduct a public hearing at 7:39 p.m.,
July 7, 1988, at the Chubbuck City Office,
5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following items:
L A proposal by Donald S. Mitchell, 261
Briscoe for a variance to put in a
permanent foundation and remodel a
Class III mobile home at 261 Briscoe.
Property is presently zoned R-2, Limited
Residential.
2. A proposal by the City of Chubbuck to
amend the Chubbuck Land Use Controls
to permit livestock in some residential
areas and to allow livestock in commer-
cial and industrial areas by conditional
use permits.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on July 12, 1988 at the hour of 7:30 in
City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho, the City Council
will hold a hearing to amend the Chub -
buck Land Use controls to permit live-
stock in some residential areas and to
allow livestock in commercial and indus-
trial areas by conditional use permit.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY MUST BE SUB-
MITTED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE
HEARING,
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR at both with regard to the forego-
ing items, and at the times indicated will
be given an opportunity to be heard in

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
