ORDINANCE NO. 289
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING SEC-
TION 18.12.030(A) OF THE CHUBBUCK
MUNICIPAL CODE TO MODIFY RE-
STRICTIONS ON THE PLACEMENT OF
ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, AS THAT
TERM 15 DEFINED IN CHAPTER 18.04
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE; MODIFY-
ING SECTION 3.01(B) (1) OF THE UNI-
FORM BUILDING CODE TO ALLOW
ONE-STORY DETACHED ACCESSORY
BUILDINGS HAVING A PROJECTED
ROOF AREA NOT EXCEEDING 240
SQUARE FEET; REPEALING PRIOR
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE; PROVIDING THAT ALL OTH-
ER SECTIONS AND PROVISIONS of
CHAPTER 18 NOT HEREIN AMENDED
SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT; AND PROVIDING WHEN
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUSBUCK,IDAHO:
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP-
PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 9th
day of FEBRUARY, 1988.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
